Dark Grimoire: The Samuel Dawes Case

Cambridge, Dawes Manor

Haunting sights and disappearances near the manor of enigmatic researcher Prof. Samuel Dawes cause Gabriel Flintlock to investigate. Step into his boots and enter the house's twisted bowels to find and root out the corruption that has its grasp on those trapped within.

Inspired by 2D Zelda games, Resident Evil and Silent Hill and made by Team "Escape the Factory" proudly without AI for the Fear & Fantasy Jam 2025 (https://itch.io/jam/fear-fantasy). This is our first gamejam and our first time working with Godot. We hope you enjoy! :)

Small update (2025-11-01): We found and fixed a small problem in a box pushing room, where the player could get softlocked without a way to reset or leave the room.
